Regenerative Medical Solutions (RMS)
Regenerative Medical Solutions (RMS) is a biotechnology company pioneering breakthrough stem cell therapy designed to deliver a functional cure for diabetes. Our revolutionary approach uses stem cells to restore the body’s natural ability to produce insulin, with the potential to eliminate the need for lifelong insulin therapy and immunosuppressive drugs.
Led by Scientific Founder Dr. Jon Odorico, an internationally recognized pancreatic transplant surgeon and regenerative medicine researcher, RMS has developed patented technology that transforms adult-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into insulin-producing Islet-Like Clusters (ILCs). These clusters replicate the function of natural pancreatic islets, including the cells responsible for producing and regulating insulin.
RMS builds on groundbreaking stem cell discoveries pioneered at the University of Wisconsin–Madison by Dr. James Thomson, who first isolated human embryonic stem cells in 1998 and, in 2007, independently advanced the development of human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). That same year, Shinya Yamanaka published his landmark iPSC discovery, work that earned him the 2012 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. These breakthroughs transformed the possibilities of regenerative medicine and laid the scientific foundation for RMS’s next-generation stem cell technology.
By combining advanced stem cell engineering, immune protection and scalable manufacturing, RMS is working to restore the body’s natural ability to produce insulin and fundamentally change the treatment of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

uFab
uFab’s patented laser technology changes how circuit boards are made. We enable the hardware underpinning modern electronics to be made in America at overseas prices.
Circuit boards are in every electronic device, from phones to fighter jets. Yet circuit board manufacturing has left the U.S., which now makes only 4% of the world’s bare board supply. This is due to the conventional process being expensive to run here. It requires a long line of specialized equipment, industrial chemicals and acids, wastewater treatment, permitting, and skilled labor; and it has barely changed in decades. uFab has replaced that process with a patented, laser-based system that condenses the traditional multi-million-dollar production line into a single machine with no chemical etching.
By eliminating chemical waste handling, digitizing and simplifying production, and reducing capital costs, we can produce circuit boards domestically at price parity with Asian manufacturers. uFab’s goal is to rebuild domestic circuit board manufacturing on this technology platform, from defense programs that need a secure supply, to the high-volume commercial work that moved offshore decades ago, to high-tech emerging industries like physical AI and data center hardware.
